If you have purchased scripts directly from us.

If you have purchased a domain name through us.

Or otherwise need support for products/services purchased from us.

If you are having a problem with your hosting or scripts, include all login info that we may need.

EXAMPLES:

If you have a problem with a hosted account, we will need the cpanel login. If the problem is specifically with webmail, we will need your webmail login as well.

If you are having a scripts problem, we will need the cpanel and admin panel logins. If the problem is specifically with your affiliate member's accounts, we will need a test member account that we can login to.

Please use your judgement and send us as much detailed information as possible about the problem, and all the logins that we will likely need so that we can resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
